What Elysium is
Elysium is a chain for Hyperliquid built by Kinetiq, the team behind the kHYPE liquid staking token. It is built on Arbitrum Orbit and runs the same Nitro engine as Robinhood Chain, but where most Orbit chains settle to Ethereum, Elysium settles to HyperEVM, Hyperliquid's smart contract layer. It targets blocks every 100 to 200 milliseconds and a throughput ceiling of 300 million gas per second, roughly a hundred times HyperEVM's own. Its gas token is HYPE, bridged in from HyperEVM one to one. Its testnet has been live since September 22, 2026 on chain id 99801. Its mainnet opens on November 9, 2026.
Elysium does not post its transactions to HyperEVM. It keeps the full transaction data with a data availability committee and posts a compact certificate to the parent chain. On its testnet every batch payload was a certificate of a few hundred bytes with no transaction data inside. Withdrawals are optimistic and finalize after a challenge window. Validation is permissioned at launch, with permissionless fraud proofs through Arbitrum's BoLD planned later. A single sequencer run by Conduit orders transactions by priority fee with no privileged lanes.
The chain is co-located with Hyperliquid's own nodes. About four weeks after mainnet an ArbOS upgrade adds a market data precompile, which lets a contract read HyperCore order books, prices, balances and positions with a freshness of a few hundred milliseconds, and a predeploy called ElysiumCoreWriter, which lets a contract emit order intents that a keeper signs as a trade only agent on a HyperCore account. Kinetiq describes a ladder for assets on the chain: a long tail AMM, then PropAMMs, then a HyperCore spot book, then a HIP-3 perp.
Elysium has no token. Its sequencer revenue splits three ways: half buys KNTQ on the open market and sends it to the Hyperliquid Assistance Fund, a quarter goes to the builders whose apps consume Elysium blockspace, and a quarter goes to Kinetiq's treasury. Every swap, launch and trade on the chain pays gas in HYPE. Pump.fun's app and fomo both trade Elysium tokens from the first day.
What p/elysium is
p/elysium is a coin launched on pump.fun whose fees are settled the way Elysium settles to Hyperliquid. pump.fun is the execution layer. A Solana program named p_elysium_settlement is the sequencer and the committee. A contract on Elysium named PElysiumParent is the parent chain. Trades are batched, batches are sealed into certificates, certificates are posted to Elysium, and only a settled certificate can move a fee.
The coin has no team share, no presale and no allocation. Its only mechanisms are the ones on this page: the seal, the certificate, the split, the challenge window, forced inclusion, the crossing, the gap, the ladder and the reserve. None of them runs on a clock.
Batches and certificates
A batch is the group of trades between two seals. It seals on the trade that brings its count to sixty four or its traded SOL to twenty five, whichever comes first. Each trade is a leaf: the hash of its signature, slot, wallet, side, lamports, token amount and priority fee. The root is a binary tree over the leaves in slot order with the last leaf repeated on odd levels.
A sealed batch is sequenced. The verifier, a second indexer on a second node, recomputes the root from its own transaction fetches. If the roots match the batch is certified and the keeper posts the certificate to the parent contract on Elysium, paying gas in HYPE from the reserve. If the roots differ the batch is challenged, a dispute is written with both roots, and every batch behind it waits. A challenged batch clears only when both indexers re run and agree.
A certified batch becomes settled when its settlement receipt is written to the program and two further certificates behind it have been certified. That is the challenge window, and it is counted in certificates, not seconds.
The split
On every settled certificate the program claims the creator fee that accrued over that batch and splits it. Fifty percent buys the coin on the cheaper of its two venues and deposits the tokens into the sink, an account the program can fill and never empty. Twenty five percent is paid in SOL to the wallets whose trades are in the batch, pro rata to the fee each trade contributed, in the order of the priority fee each trade carried. Twenty five percent goes to the treasury, which turns it into HYPE on Elysium.
The program's own wallets and the treasury never receive a trader payout. If their trades appear in a batch their share folds into the sink.
Forced inclusion
Elysium lets a user force a transaction through the delayed inbox on HyperEVM if the sequencer ignores it. p/elysium lets any holder force a seal. If one hundred and twenty eight trades have arrived since the last seal and no certificate has been produced, a holder can call force_seal with a root they computed themselves. The verifier checks it like any other batch. A forced batch follows the same path from sequenced onward.
Crossing and the gap
A crossing burns an amount of the coin inside the program and records a destination address on Elysium. The keeper relays the Solana signature to the parent contract, which mints the same amount of the twin to that address and refuses the same signature a second time. There is no instruction on either chain that moves the twin back. Solana supply falls by exactly what Elysium supply gains.
The twin trades in a Uniswap v3 pool against WHYPE whose position the parent contract holds and cannot withdraw. Its price in USD is the pool price in HYPE times the HYPE mid price from Hyperliquid. The pump.fun price in USD comes from Birdeye. The gap is the twin price over the pump.fun price, less one. Under one and a half percent in either direction the gap is aligned, under six it is skewed, at six or above it is dislocated. The sink half of every claim buys on the cheaper side, so a claim always moves the gap toward zero.
The ladder
Four rungs. Curve: the coin is on the bonding curve. Pool: the curve has completed and the coin trades on PumpSwap. Mirror: the twin and its pool exist on Elysium and crossings are live. Book: the parent contract can write order intents to HyperCore through ElysiumCoreWriter, which arrives in an ArbOS upgrade about four weeks after Elysium's mainnet. Each rung opens on a reading from the chain and the ladder page shows the reading.
The reserve
When the treasury holds half a SOL the keeper moves it: SOL to Hyperunit, HYPE withdrawn to HyperEVM, HYPE bridged one to one into Elysium. The reserve is the HYPE balance of the treasury address on Elysium. Every certificate post, twin mint and mirror pool buy spends from it. The reserve page shows the average cost of a certificate and how many certificates the reserve covers.

Deploy notes
1. Anchor.toml and Cargo.toml name the program p_elysium_settlement; declare_id with the deployed key.
2. Add the solana_security_txt crate and the security_txt! macro in lib.rs with name "p_elysium_settlement", project_url the site's own URL, contacts left as the site URL, policy the docs page URL, source_code the repository URL.
3. After deploy, run anchor idl init for the program so the IDL account is on chain with the program name.
4. Build with solana-verify build and submit the verification with solana-verify verify-from-repo so the verified build registry lists the name; explorers read the name from the verified build and the IDL.
5. Confirm on Solana Explorer and Solscan that the program page shows p_elysium_settlement as its name before setting the address in the dev panel.
