On November 9 2026 Kinetiq opens Elysium, a chain for Hyperliquid that executes on its own fast chain and settles to HyperEVM with a compact certificate instead of the trades themselves, pays its gas in HYPE, splits its sequencer revenue three ways, and finalizes withdrawals after a challenge window. p/elysium is that structure applied to one coin on pump.fun. Trades are batched and sealed, every seal becomes a certificate on Elysium, and only a settled certificate can move a fee.
The structure
Elysium does not hand its trades to HyperEVM. It keeps the full data with a committee and posts a certificate small enough to fit in a single call. HyperEVM sees a root, a count and a sum. Everything else lives on the fast chain and can be checked against the root by anyone holding the data.
p/elysium does the same thing to a pump.fun coin. Every trade on the coin is a leaf. Sixty four leaves, or twenty five SOL of trading, seal a batch. The batch becomes a certificate: root, count, net flow, fee. The certificate goes to a contract on Elysium. The fee that accrued over that batch does not move until the certificate is there and two more certificates stand behind it.
Two indexers compute every root from two different nodes. When they agree the batch is certified. When they disagree the batch is challenged and everything behind it waits. There is no clock in any of this. A batch seals on the trade that fills it, a certificate settles on the certificate that follows it, and a fee moves on the settlement that releases it.
What was built
p/elysium is a pump.fun coin with a Solana program behind it named p_elysium_settlement and a contract on Elysium named PElysiumParent. The program is the sequencer and the committee. The contract is the parent chain. On every settled certificate the program claims the fee and splits it: 50% buys the coin and seals it in a sink with no sell path, 25% is paid in SOL to the wallets whose trades filled the batch, in the order of the priority fee they paid, 25% goes to a treasury that pays the coin's own gas on Elysium in HYPE.
Holders can cross. A crossing burns the coin on Solana and mints the same amount of a twin on Elysium, into a pool quoted in HYPE. There is no way back. The two prices of the one asset are read every second and their gap is the number this site is built around. The sink half of every claim buys on whichever side is cheaper, so the burn and the gap closing are the same action.
